The Committee adjourned for a short period during the evidence session due to technical issues with the Chair’s internet connection .

The Committee noted the joint letter from the Women’s Equality Network and Oxfam Cymru on the Feminist Scorecard 2022.
6 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting
The Committee agreed the motion.
7 The Environmental Protection (Single-use Plastic Products) (Wales) Bill: Consideration of evidence
The Committee considered the evidence received from the Minister for Climate change on the Environmental Protection (Single-use Plastic Products) (Wales) Bill and agreed key issues to be included in its draft report. The Committee also agreed to write to the Business Committee to seek clarity as regards the Senedd’s consideration of the Bill at Stage 1.
8 Historic Environment (Wales) Bill
The Committee considered responses received from relevant stakeholders as part of its targeted call for evidence on the Historic Environment (Wales) Bill.
9 Legislative Consent Memoranda on the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill: Draft report
The Committee considered its draft report on the Legislative Consent Memorandum and agreed to consider a revised version at its next meeting.
10 International agreements
The Committee considered and agreed its draft report on the international agreements considered on 26 September 2022.
11 Forward Work Programme
The Committee discussed matters relating to its forward work programme and agreed its approach to the consideration of the UK Government’s Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill.
12 Annual Report
The Committee agreed its annual report, subject to minor amendments, and agreed to seek a Plenary debate on the report on a date to be confirmed in November 2022.
